Installation and adjustment of engine cover

The installation of the engine cover should be carried out in the reverse order of removal. Before tightening the fixing bolts of the engine cover and the hinge, adjust the engine cover front, back, left, and right, or adjust it up and down by the hinge gasket and cushion rubber to make the gap fit evenly.

Adjustment of engine cover lock control mechanism

Before adjusting the engine cover lock, you must correct the engine cover properly, then loosen the fixing bolts, move the lock head back and forth, left and right to align it with the lock seat. The front of the engine cover can also be adjusted by the height of the lock head dovetail bolt.
