Maintaining the correct engine temperature is essential for achieving optimal performance and ensuring the longevity of your vehicle. Although often overlooked, the cooling fan plays a critical role in preventing engine overheating—a condition that can cause significant and costly damage.

Engine overheating is a serious issue that can greatly affect a vehicle’s performance, reliability, and lifespan. Essentially, overheating occurs when the engine temperature rises beyond its optimal operating range, which can lead to mechanical failures and, in extreme cases, complete engine seizure.

A diesel fuel injector is composed of a solenoid (an electromagnet), a nozzle, and a needle valve housed within the injector body. In modern direct-injection diesel engines, fuel is injected directly into the combustion chamber rather than the intake port.

Fuel injectors​ spray fuel into the engine through electronically controlled valves that can open and close many times per second. Each injector has an atomizing nozzle that distributes petrol or diesel evenly, ensuring optimal combustion and maximum efficiency.
