A diesel fuel injector is composed of a solenoid (an electromagnet), a nozzle, and a needle valve housed within the injector body. In modern direct-injection diesel engines, fuel is injected directly into the combustion chamber rather than the intake port.
Fuel injectors spray fuel into the engine through electronically controlled valves that can open and close many times per second. Each injector has an atomizing nozzle that distributes petrol or diesel evenly, ensuring optimal combustion and maximum efficiency.
The fuel injector is a component that controls the amount of fuel being delivered before combustion. These small parts connect to the fuel rail and either the engine block (or the intake manifold on some port-injected vehicles), and plug into a harness that communicates with the ECU.
The fuel pump is an essential component in your vehicle’s ignition and acceleration systems—it’s often considered the heart of the engine, setting the rhythm according to the engine’s revolutions per minute (RPM).
Suspension bushings are essential parts of a vehicle’s suspension system. A suspension bushing is an elastic component fitted between various suspension parts. Its purpose is to prevent metal-to-metal contact and the resulting friction between different suspension elements.
